Application of Adhesives A-5600 & A-5750

Bolton Emerson Americas TL-1060 with Adhesives A-5600 & A-5750

Substrate Conditions:
Board should be smooth, free from surface irregularities, sanded if necessary and then vacuumed to remove dust from the surface to be laminated. Board should not be laminated if temperature of surface is below 65° F. Preheating of boards is recommended for best results during cold weather.
Surface Temperature of Nip Rollers:
300 - 330° F (130-140 psi steam)
Note: Laminating temperatures are a function of several factors: basis weight of paper, speed of lamination, board temperature, etc. and should be determined by the operator for varying conditions.
Nip Pressure (Set-Up):
150-200 lb
Nip Pressure (Run):
500-700 lb
Speed:
40 - 150 FPM
